Welcome to Dark-Core-Revolution!
By registering an account and playing on our server, you agree to follow the rules listed below. Not reading the rules doesn’t protect you from consequences. We want everyone to enjoy the game—so let’s keep it fair and respectful.

Your character name should be a readable and meaningful combination of letters that forms a real or believable word.
Names like “AAAAAAAAAAA” or any that include offensive, vulgar, or sexual content are not allowed.

Names intended to impersonate staff members, official server accounts, or other players in a deceptive manner are prohibited.

Guild Wars are scheduled at fixed server times:
• Monday & Wednesday: 21:00
• Saturday: 19:00
All times are based on Europe/Berlin server time (CET/CEST).
Cheating or any attempt to manipulate a Guild War is not permitted.

Treat others the way you want to be treated – with respect and decency.
Use appropriate language. Vulgar or offensive speech is not welcome on Dark-Core-Revolution.
Behind every character is a real person. Personal attacks, insults, gossip, prejudice, or malicious comments are not acceptable and won’t be tolerated.

Promoting other servers or external projects is strictly prohibited.
Depending on the severity, this can result in a mute or even a permanent ban.

Accounts, characters, currencies, virtual items, and other game data exist exclusively within the Dark-Core-Revolution service. They do not represent guaranteed real-world monetary value or ownership rights outside the service.

Dark-Core-Revolution reserves the right to modify, restrict, reset, suspend, or remove game data where reasonably necessary for technical, balancing, security, or rule-enforcement purposes, subject to applicable law.

Buying, selling, exchanging, or offering accounts, characters, items, currencies, services, or other in-game assets for real-world money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, goods, or other external value is strictly prohibited.

This also includes trades arranged through third-party websites, marketplaces, intermediaries, or disguised transactions.

Participation in Real Money Trading may result in a permanent ban.

Using, reproducing, distributing, or knowingly benefiting from exploits, duplication bugs, or unintended game mechanics is prohibited.

If you discover a potential exploit, report it privately to the team as soon as reasonably possible.

You may only reproduce the issue to the minimum extent reasonably necessary to confirm and report it. Repeated testing, personal gain, sharing the method with others, or continuing to use the exploit after confirming it may itself be considered exploitation.

Reporting an exploit in good faith will not result in punishment.

Picking up items or penya from another player without their clear permission is not allowed.
If a player leaves the drops and walks away, the items are considered free for all.
But if the player is still nearby, always ask before picking anything up. Respect each other’s space and loot.

Using cheats, hacks, modified clients, packet manipulation, memory manipulation, unauthorized third-party software, or any other method that provides an unfair gameplay advantage is prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• Speed hacks
• Teleport or position manipulation
• Automated targeting or attacking
• Automated farming or looting
• Packet manipulation
• Client or memory manipulation
• Botting or unattended gameplay

Simple macros or F-Tool functions are tolerated only when they automate basic input while the player remains actively present and in control of the game.

Any macro, script, or tool that independently plays the game, repeatedly farms, targets enemies, loots, moves the character, or performs gameplay without active player input is considered automation and is prohibited.

F-Tool and permitted macros are tolerated but are not officially supported by Dark-Core-Revolution.

Sharing your account is 100% your responsibility.
If items or DP/VPs go missing, or if your account gets banned because of someone else’s actions, we can’t help you.
You’ll have the right to know the reason for a ban, but not necessarily the right to be unbanned.

Intentional scams are not allowed.
Example: Naming your shop “Oris 500k” but selling them for 1.5m is considered fraud.
Claiming fake item losses after crashes also counts as deception and will be punished.

Harassing, repeatedly targeting, intimidating, humiliating, or deliberately disturbing another player or staff member is prohibited.

This includes repeated unwanted contact, targeted harassment across multiple channels, persistent provocation after being asked to stop, and coordinated harassment by multiple players.

Repeated unwanted contact after a person has clearly asked for it to stop may constitute harassment.

Harassment is evaluated based on context, severity, frequency, and intent.

Threats, blackmail, extortion, or attempts to intimidate another player or staff member are prohibited.

This includes threats involving real-world violence, DDoS attacks, doxxing, swatting, account compromise, publication of private information, or other real-world harm.

Statements presented as jokes may still be treated as threats when a reasonable person could interpret them as credible or intimidating.

Dark-Core-Revolution does not guarantee restoration of lost virtual items, currencies, characters, or progression.

Losses that can be verified through server logs as being caused by a server-side technical error may be reviewed and restored at the discretion of the administration.

Losses caused by player actions, account sharing, scams, trading mistakes, client-side problems, or failure to secure an account are generally not eligible for restoration.

If your account is banned, you forfeit any rights to refunds—whether DPs, euros, or in-game items.
You also lose access to any earned vote points or virtual rewards.

Once both players confirm a trade, it becomes final and cannot be reversed.
Special or disputed cases will only be reviewed by the Head-Admin or Admin.

If you hand over your guild leadership role, you give up all rights to the guild.
As always, special situations will be handled by the Admin or Head-Admin.

Fair play comes first at Dark-Core-Revolution!
Using more than one character to join an event is unfair and therefore not allowed.

A temporary preventive suspension may be issued when credible evidence indicates an immediate or substantial risk to the server, its economy, its players, or an ongoing investigation.

A preventive suspension is a protective measure and does not by itself constitute a finding of guilt.

The suspension will remain in place only for as long as reasonably necessary to review the available evidence and determine the appropriate outcome.

If the suspicion cannot be substantiated, the suspension will be lifted.

Preventive suspensions must be used proportionately and only where allowing unrestricted access could reasonably result in further damage, evidence destruction, exploitation, or circumvention of enforcement.

Deliberately manipulating, fabricating, concealing, distorting, or misrepresenting information in order to deceive players or staff, evade responsibility, interfere with an investigation, damage another person's credibility, or manipulate another person's perception of documented events is prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Knowingly presenting fabricated, altered, or selectively edited evidence
• Deliberately misrepresenting documented events
• Repeatedly denying or distorting events that are clearly documented
• Attempting to make another person doubt their memory, perception, or understanding of events through deliberate falsehoods or manipulation
• Coordinating false statements or fabricated accusations
• Intentionally attempting to deceive staff during an investigation
• Pressuring or manipulating others into providing false information
• Selectively omitting, reframing, or twisting relevant facts in order to create a knowingly false narrative
• Repeatedly making claims known to be false in order to undermine documented facts or another person's credibility

Disagreement, criticism, differing interpretations, misunderstandings, emotional reactions, or an incorrect recollection of events do not by themselves constitute gaslighting or manipulation.

Enforcement requires reasonable evidence that the behavior was deliberate, deceptive, or formed part of a repeated manipulative pattern.

The dark-core-revolution team reserves the right to edit these rules at any time.
Administrative decisions are not open for public discussion. Questions or objections regarding an individual sanction must be addressed privately through the designated support channel. Once a case has been reviewed and a final decision has been issued, that decision is final.
